TETRA Technologies Inc. and its affiliates (“TETRA,” the “Company,” “we,” “us,” “our”) respect your privacy and are committed to protecting it through our compliance with this Privacy Policy.

This Privacy Policy describes (a) the types of personal information that we may collect from you or that you may voluntarily provide to us when you visit the website www.onetetra.com (the “Site”) and (b) our practices for collecting, using, maintaining, protecting, and disclosing that information.

Personal Information We Collect and How We Collect It

We do not knowingly collect sensitive Personal Information (such as social security numbers, information related to racial or ethnic origin, political opinions, religion or other beliefs, health, biometrics, genetic characteristics, criminal background, trade union membership, etc.) from you via the Site.  Please do not provide any such sensitive Personal Information to us on or through the Site.

Children

We take children’s privacy seriously and we are committed to complying with applicable laws and requirements, such as the United States’ Children’s Online Privacy Protection Act (“COPPA).  The Site is not intended for children under the age of 18.  We encourage all parents and guardians to instruct their children in the safe and responsible use of Personal Information on the Internet.

Our products and services are not directed to underaged individuals and we do not knowingly collect, use, or disclose to third parties any Personal Information collected from children under the age of 18.  If you are under the age of 18, do not provide any information on the Site or other associated websites (including your name, address, telephone number, or email address).  If we learn that we have collected or received Personal Information from a child under 18 without verification of parental consent, we will delete that information. How and When We Share Your Personal Information

We may transfer or disclose Personal Information that we collect or that you provide to us as described in this Privacy Policy:

  • To our subsidiaries, affiliates, divisions, employees, and business partners.
  • To our contractors, vendors, and suppliers for the purposes described in the Privacy Policy. Protection and Retention of Your Personal Information

We implement physical, technical, and organizational security measures designed to secure and maintain the integrity and confidentiality of your Personal Information. While no security measure can guarantee against accidental loss or compromise, we evaluate and update these measures on a regular basis in an effort to provide appropriate security for all information held by us.

International Data Transfer

Your Personal Information may be transferred to, stored, and/or processed in any country where we have facilities or in which we engage service providers.  By using the Site, you consent to the transfer of information to countries outside of your country of residence (including the United States), which may have data protection rules that are different from those of your country.  Your Personal Information also may be available to the government of those countries under a lawful order made in those countries.

Changes to Privacy Policy

This Privacy Policy may be updated periodically and without prior notice to you.
